Over the last few months I have been experimenting with using a variety of gluten free and grain free flours in my baking to reduce our dependence on wheat flour. We have had some interesting results from crumbly zucchini bread to a super dense, hard loaf of bread. I've been craving banana bread so I was thrilled to find a recipe so easily! My choice for this week's Featured Post is Grain Free Banana Bread from Small Footprint Family. I can't wait to try out this recipe this week!
