Today is our first day posting as a contributing author to one of our favorite simple living blogs, Kanelstrand. To read our list of 25 ways to reuse and repurpose junk mail, click here to head over to the Kanelstrand blog!

I save our junk mail for scrap paper (backs) & to start our woodburner in the winter.
I save return envelopes for my daughter’s preschool for the writing center! I will have to save my junk mail for other things as well now! Thanks for the great tips.
I send back the junk mail to whoever sent it to me…only if there is a return stamped envelope. I love our Post Office and the services it provides for us and this costs the junk mailer the price of the stamp and gives work to our Postal Service. I don’t have to put the extra junk in my trash which would cost me to dispose of it.
I also reuse the backs of letters (blank) for my personal printing on my printer, use the envelopes to make daily task lists or copy recipes on them. T
Thank you!
