Last spring I enthusiastically bought a bunch of seeds for a variety of flowers and veggies to start seedlings in our little greenhouse. Unfortunately as a sleep deprived mama of a 6 month old baby, I didn’t remember to water them very often and nothing grew. This year I planned to try it again but worried about having a repeat of last year.
Then I saw this awesome post on How to Make a Self Watering Planter by Eliza K Prints and just had to pick it for my Featured Post. What a great idea to repurpose pop bottles into self-watering planters! I’m definitely going to be trying this out so this year my seedlings may actually grow!
I will be sharing some of my favorite posts from the link up on my social media during the week and the featured post will be pinned to my Simply Natural Saturdays Pinterest Board so if you haven’t already we would love to have you follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest!

Thanks for the great idea!
Oh, cool idea! I’ve been thinking about small scale gardening.
