Today I want to share with you MontanaSolarCreations sponsor The Indigo Forest.

We first met Kellie from the Indigo Forest when she linked up to our favorite weekly blog link-up,
Gratitude Sunday. Her Etsy shop caught my eye with all the lovely natural, handmade creations.
I was especially enamored with the beautiful wool balls she makes. When I told her we were a nature loving family, she made a special nature themed wool ball for our little nugget.
Here's how Kellie described this beautiful ball "The ball is complete with different tones of green for the grass and lovely hues of blues and purple for the sky. On one side of the ball is a lovely little tree and on the other side is a sunset with wind swept rays in softer yellow and orange colors."
It is such a beautiful, detailed wool ball and the perfect size for our little nugget to play with!
I am just amazed at Kellie's talent and creativity. When you visit her Etsy shop, you can see all the other wonderful things she creates out of natural products like wool, leather, and wood.
We wanted you to get to know more about Kellie and her business so asked her a few questions to share with you:
MontanaSolarCreations: Tell us about your business.
Kellie from The Indigo Forest: At The Indigo Forest, I strive to
create lovely, eco friendly handmade items. I specialize in making
items for babies and mamas, but do create items from time to time that
everyone can enjoy!
MontanaSolarCreations: What inspired you to create your business?
Kellie: My
biggest inspiration for starting my business was my mother. She really
encouraged me to start creating more often and to start an Etsy shop and
I am so glad that I finally did it. It brings me so much joy to know
that there are people out there that enjoy my work. It's what keeps me
going. Also, my children have inspired me as well. They are the reason I
create the types of items I do.
MontanaSolarCreations: What makes your business unique?
Kellie: I think the biggest thing I can think of that makes my business unique
compared to some others is that I offer such a variety of items. It's
not just one thing. I make everything from homemade beeswax polish to
cloth menstrual pads to wood toys!
MontanaSolarCreations: How do you balance running a business with family life?
Kellie: Sometimes it's tricky to make time for a business while being a full
time mama. Nap times and bedtimes are when I get the most done. It can be
hard sometimes, but it's life. I'm very grateful God has given me the
family and talent I have and I'm trying to make the best of it. I love
it all. I can't complain.
MontanaSolarCreations: What do you love most about where you live?
Kellie: Central North Carolina is so lush and full of life! I have to say that's what I love most around here.
MontanaSolarCreations: Anything else you want to share with our readers?
Kellie: Thank you so much for taking the time to get to know me and my business a little better.
