If you’ve been reading our blog recently and following our Women in Hunting Series, you know that I am a hunter. I love all things hunting from camo to guns and antlers. I bet you didn’t know that my wedding ring is an elk ivory (tooth) from an elk my husband harvested! His “ring” is an elk antler tattoo.
When I saw the shop Elegant Earthtones: Rustic Inspired Jewelry on Etsy I was smitten. Amber is the creator behind Elegant Earthtones and a hunter herself. She makes a variety of jewelry from necklaces to bracelets and earrings. The reason her shop caught my eye is because a lot of the jewelery she makes includes antlers. What a perfect fit for me!
Amber generously sent me a pair of silver antler earrings to review. They go quite well with my elk ivory wedding ring don’t you think?
I love how simple yet elegant the earrings are. I can wear them with just about anything since they are silver. I also love that the earring back that fits through my ear is longer than most earrings I have. This is nice since sometimes my earrings catch in my long hair and will pull out without me noticing and result in a lost earring!
